The Flapjack Fundraiser program offers your non-profit organization a delicious way to raise money by hosting a breakfast at your neighborhood Applebee’s.
Flapjack Fundraisers can be held on available Saturdays or Sundays 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
∙ A customized printable ticket template is provided to your organization to sell for $10.
∙ Your organization will keep the ticket sales revenue, minus $5 per ticket to cover Applebee's cost.
∙ Each ticket for breakfast includes: 2 pancakes, syrup, butter, 2 strips of bacon or 2 sausage links, and choice of coffee, tea, juice or sodas.
Applebee's Responsibility:
* Provide facility (location), kitchen and management staff.
* Provide plates, silverware, glasses and napkins.
* Order food/ingredients and prepare food.
* Supply a customized printable ticket template
Organization’s Responsibility:
* Advertise and promote the event
* Print and sell tickets (minimum of 50, maximum of 300).
* Provide volunteers to set-up, greet, seat, serve and clean up after the event.
* Provide a final tally of tickets sold to the restaurant General Manager by 9 a.m. on the Monday before the event.
